Meditation and the Yönten Shir Gyurma
(Saturdays from 2:30pm to 4:00pm, from August 24, 2024 until November 2, 2024)
Gyaltsang Rinpoche gave a series of teachings on Lamrim, the stages of the path. These teachings focus on Lamrim as presented in the Yönten Shir Gyurma (yon tan gzhir gyur ma, “The Foundation of Qualities”), which is a short text by Je Tsongkhapa. The sessions included meditation instruction + practice.
This series of teachings began on August 24, 2024 and ran until November 2nd. They mostly occurred in person, with a translator phoning in.
